Research shows that there are two distinct type of skin aging. One that is caused by the genes that are directly inherited is called intrinsic aging. The other type known as extrinsic aging is caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to sun's rays. Since it can preoccupy any woman, one must learn some exercises that will help delay these aging effects with regards to one's type. Looseness can be stopped and tightening of the skin and a toning of the muscle tissue can be achieved.
When we reach the age of 55, facial skin have been stretched have probably elongated to about half an inch. The cause of this is gravity and the atrophy of muscles. When this happens, muscles soften and loosen. With the help of facial exercises, skin could return to its once plump and healthy state.

You can schedule an interval for taking these pictures, maybe every end of the month, or every three weeks. You will not only notice the difference from your friends compliments, but you can also see for yourself, the kind of positive effects you see in your skin.
